Job summary

Jaynes Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects on site, coordinating Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, and suppliers to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

You will develop estimates, review specifications, manage field teams, plan resources, and issue change orders while maintaining safety and quality. Travel is frequent and you must be eligible to operate company or personal vehicle per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience in PM/PE.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, codes, and policies.
• Ability to travel frequently and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope and resources.
• Prepare complete project estimate with specs and drawings.
• Manage project to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise PM staff onsite and coordinate scheduling.
• Provide technical assistance and change orders.
• Perform long-term planning and risk management.
• Ensure cost control and quality standards.
• Travel frequently as needed.
