Jaynes Corporation seeks a detail-oriented proposal manager to lead end-to-end proposal efforts across marketing, BD and operations in Albuquerque. You will coordinate content, develop strategy, and ensure timely deliverables with strong compliance to owner specifications.
The role requires 5+ years in proposal leadership, InDesign expertise, and proven ability to guide cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, this position may occasionally require the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds of paper, files, and/or equipment. This position requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time to enter data into multiple systems and conduct face-to-face meetings or interviews.
This is a full-time non-union position. The scheduled hours are 40 to 50 hours per week Monday through Friday but may be extended as required to execute the tasks assigned.
This position may require occasional travel.
Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing major preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant, professional experience managing/coordinating and writing major proposal efforts.
