Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and production of proposals for federal sector opportunities from various offices in the United States. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop win strategies, and ensure compliant, compelling submissions that meet client requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience managing proposals, presentations, and BD deliverables
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading with a sales focus
• Engineering/environmental industry proposal experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategy sessions for opportunities, clients, accounts, and geographies
• Lead the integration of pursuit strategy and win themes into proposals
• Analyze complex issues and develop solutions for sales-related activities
• Lead proposal efforts and deliverables, including win strategy and budget
• Oversee proposal development process, schedules, and client requirements
• Budget and track level of effort for the proposal team
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, estimating, contracting, project controls) during development
• Assemble proposal team and review teams to maximize document quality
