Job summary

Executive 1 Holding Company, LLC is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate proposal activities, schedules, and compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, supervise writers, and drive outlines, storyboards, and matrices to ensure compliant, responsive submissions for federal opportunities.

You will oversee deadlines, ensure quality and alignment with policies, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while coordinating with marketing, contracts, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the proposal development lifecycle.
• Experience researching, writing, and editing proposals.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Create timelines, schedules, and win themes for proposals.
• Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts as needed.
• Review proposals for compliance with policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain a proposal outline and compliance matrix.
• Facilitate the review team process and status meetings.
