Job summary

Jaynes Corporation seeks a detail-oriented proposal manager to lead end-to-end proposal efforts across marketing, BD and operations in Albuquerque. You will coordinate content, develop strategy, and ensure timely deliverables with strong compliance to owner specifications.

The role requires 5+ years in proposal leadership, InDesign expertise, and proven ability to guide cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years managing/coordinating and writing major proposal efforts.
• Ability to lead capture planning and proposal development with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office including Teams.
• Five years experience using InDesign; three years in technical/creative writing; two years in print production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the entire proposal effort.
• Drive the proposal process to meet timelines, Owner specifications, and team requirements.
• Coordinate and develop proposal content with marketing, BD, estimating, PM, preconstruction, and operations to align with strategy.
• Develop proposal strategy and win themes tailored to each opportunity, ensuring alignment with owner goals and project requirements.
• Schedule, facilitate, and track proposal meetings, deliverables, deadlines, and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with RFP instructions, evaluation criteria, and owner specifications.
• Oversee layout, writing, editing, and formatting of proposal content for quality and branding.
• Lead post-submission debriefs and continuous improvement of proposal processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
