Job summary

Everforth Creative Circle, a global technology and digital engineering firm, is seeking an Industry Proposal Strategist to lead complex, multi-volume proposals and RFP responses for CX, digital transformation, and marketing initiatives. You will coordinate with Industry Leaders and SMEs to craft client-ready narratives that differentiate the firm.

The role demands strong writing, content strategy and project-management skills, with experience in advertising, consulting, or MarTech.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proposal writing and content development experience.
Experience writing complex proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs) for CX, digital transformation, or marketing.
Ability to craft executive narratives and win themes for competitive submissions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal automation tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of complex proposals, RFP responses, and unsolicited pursuits with cross-functional teams.
Drive kickoff meetings, timelines, and review milestones to meet submission deadlines.
Translate client scope into differentiated narratives aligned with procurement objectives.
Develop win themes, discriminators, and management narratives reflecting client priorities.
