Job summary

MMS is a data-focused CRO supporting pharma, biotech, and medical device clients globally. The role focuses on interpreting RFPs/RFIs, coordinating with SMEs to craft winning proposals, building budgets, and ensuring timely, compliant responses.

You will collaborate across functions to optimize pricing, resources, and timelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in CRO proposals/pricing, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with CRM/SharePoint,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of CRO industry experience in proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelor's in scientific discipline, finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced understanding of CROs, scientific/clinical data, and drug development process.
• Experience using CRM, SharePoint, Ariba and Workday for records and budgets.
• Strong budgeting, proposal development and budget management skills.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, differentiating messaging.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to address sponsor needs and develop strategy.
• Provide responses to sponsor questions and concerns with SMEs.
• Build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, resources, and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal and budgeting processes using technology to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
