Elior North America is seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to partner with our Business Development team in creating strategic, visually engaging proposals and sales materials. This role focuses on turning business opportunities into persuasive presentations and proposals through creative storytelling and strong project management.

You will work with Business Development Directors to understand prospects, identify selling points, and develop customized proposals that demonstrate Elior's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in proposal development, sales enablement, business development support, proposal marketing or related commercial role.
• Ability to tailor messaging to prospective clients and communicate value propositions.
• Creative mindset with ability to blend content, visuals, and strategy.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign/Creative Suite and PowerPoint for client materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive proposals and client-facing materials with Business Development.
• Translate client needs and objectives into compelling messaging.
• Create customized RFP and non-RFP proposals.
• Maintain proposal templates, presentation materials, and content libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and improve processes.
