Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in proposal development, proposal writing, or technical writing.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphics, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) consulting industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from initial planning to final submission.
• Manage the proposal development schedule to meet deadlines.
• Design polished document layouts and create impactful graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write and edit high-impact content focusing on differentiators for proposals.
• Ensure RFP/RFQ compliance and brand standards.
