Job summary

Elior North America seeks a skilled Proposal Writer to drive high-impact responses to RFPs across market segments. You’ll collaborate with Business Development Directors and cross-functional partners to craft compliant, visually engaging proposals that reflect our brand and capabilities.

You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate contributors, and ensure timely delivery from planning through final design. Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, plus strong writing and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, General Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of proposal development, marketing, or business development support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDDs to develop clear, concise, compliant RFP responses.
• Lead development of non-RFP proposal materials using templates and content library.
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity and brand consistency.
• Use InDesign to create visually engaging proposal documents within brand templates.
