Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Proposal Writer to drive growth by delivering compelling, compliant proposals. You will collaborate with Business Development Directors and cross-functional partners to craft responses to RFPs across market segments.

You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate contributors, and ensure that proposals reflect our brand, capabilities, and vision with clarity and precision. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX or Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of proposal development, marketing, or business development support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Strong project coordination with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience collaborating across decentralized, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, compliant RFP responses tailored to client needs.
• Lead non-RFP proposal materials using templates and existing content.
• Manage multiple proposal projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Write, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
• Ensure high-quality grammar, punctuation, readability, and tone.
• Design visually engaging documents within brand templates using InDesign.
