The position oversees RFP responses, contract documents (LOI, Start-up/Final WO, MSA, Consulting Agreements, Change Orders), and maintains filing in SharePoint and Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years CRO experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CRO experience in proposals and/or contracts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsor proposal and contract process for clinical trials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and participate in the RFP response process, coordinating with partners/vendors and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for the internal team during contract preparation/amendment.
• Manage deliverable schedules and multiple deadlines with tight timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs to elicit information for high-quality proposals.
• Prepare proposal and contract budgets using the internal Excel budget tool.
