Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Operational Strategy Director to lead operational strategy for RFPs, BDMs, and post-award follow-ups. You will partner with medical, operational, and business teams to deliver competitive, scientifically driven proposals and budgets across global studies.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years in CRO/pharma with deep expertise in study feasibility, budgets, and operational delivery in diverse therapeutic areas. Travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years in the CRO/pharma industry or equivalent.
• Experience in operational strategy analysis and budget review.
• Strong experience in clinical development with operational delivery, budget development and strategy.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with medical, operational, business development and proposal teams to shape operational strategy for opportunities.
• Develop budgets and support finalization of study budgets in partnership with leadership.
• Create strategy content for proposals and conduct comprehensive reviews before sponsor delivery.
• Ensure proposals reflect robust operational, scientific and clinical development planning.
• Support pre-award collaboration and inclusion of translational and data innovation strategies.
• Represent Precision for Medicine in client meetings and capability presentations.
• Provide data-driven feasibility and competitive landscape input for BDMs and opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues in strategy and budgeting for clinical research.
