Job summary

A leading CRO company in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to interpret and respond to RFPs while coordinating with Business Development and SMEs. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the CRO industry and a Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific discipline or Finance. You will be responsible for budget management, ensuring compliance with records retention, and supporting the proposal defense process. Strong proficiency in MS Office and budgeting tools is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in the CRO industry in proposals and pricing.
• Ability to manage priorities to satisfy customers.
• Expertise in reviewing and validating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requests for proposals (RFPs) and build responses.
• Coordinate with Business Development Leads to strategize.
• Collect specifications and build clear budgets.
• Support defense of proposals to Sponsors and internal approvers.
