Job summary

A data-focused CRO is seeking a professional to develop proposals and coordinate responses to sponsors' requests. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the CRO industry and advanced understanding of scientific data and the drug development process. Responsibilities include building operational strategies with business leads and managing budgets effectively. Strong proficiency with MS Office and systems such as SharePoint and CRM is required. Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in the CRO industry in proposals, pricing, and/or related roles.
• Ability to map budgets into client grids and use client systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Coordinate with Business Development Leads on operational strategies.
• Build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

Skills

Advanced understanding of CROs

Highly proficient with MS Office Applications

Ability to organize and maintain records

Expertise in reviewing and validating budgets

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific Discipline
