Job summary

MMS is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead proposals and pricing in a CRO environment. You will interpret RFPs/RFIs, coordinate with business development and subject matter experts, and build budgets that clearly outline deliverables, pricing, resourcing, and timelines.

Qualifications

Advanced understanding of CROs and scientific data and the drug development process.
3 to 6 years’ experience in CRO proposals, pricing or related roles.
Bachelors’ Degree in Scientific Discipline, Finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Experience organizing records in CRM/SharePoint with strict compliance.
Ability to map budgets into client grids and use Ariba or Workday.
Strong prioritization to meet internal and external deadlines.
Proven track record in authoring and managing complex proposals.

Responsibilities

Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft compelling, differentiating responses.
Coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to develop operational strategies.
Provide sponsor-specific responses with clear budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
Support proposal and pricing defense to Sponsors and internal approvers.
Improve proposal budgeting processes with technology to close gaps.
Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
