Qualifikationen

• Advanced understanding of CROs and scientific data and the drug development process.
• 3 to 6 years’ experience in CRO proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelors’ Degree in Scientific Discipline, Finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience organizing records in CRM/SharePoint with strict compliance.
• Ability to map budgets into client grids and use Ariba or Workday.
• Strong prioritization to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Proven track record in authoring and managing complex proposals.

Aufgaben

• Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft compelling, differentiating responses.
• Coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to develop operational strategies.
• Provide sponsor-specific responses with clear budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support proposal and pricing defense to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal budgeting processes with technology to close gaps.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
