The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the CRO industry, an advanced understanding of scientific and clinical data, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office applications. This position involves improving proposal development processes and ensuring timely outcomes to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in the CRO industry in proposals, pricing, or related roles.
• Ability to map budgets into client grid and use client systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and validating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess requests for proposals (RFPs) and build compelling responses.
• Coordinate with Business Development and SMEs to structure operational strategies.
• Continuously improve proposal development processes using technology.

Skills

Advanced understanding of CROs

Proficient in CRM and SharePoint

Budget mapping

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific Discipline or Finance
