Job summary

WellDyne in the United States is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to lead the bid and proposal process for PBM bids, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and special projects with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strategic leadership, project management, and writing skills, with coordination across business partners and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality proposals that support growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, or a related business field.
• Eight or more years as a Senior Proposal Writer.
• Experience includes proposal writing and project management across end-to-end processes.
• Pharmacy benefit management industry experience.
• Experience coordinating with a content team and maintaining processes/docs.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the complete proposal development process and ensure timely submission.
• Review requests, assign project leads based on complexity and resources.
• Lead daily touchpoints with proposal and content teams for direction.
• Maintain proposal tools to ensure accurate, high-quality outputs.
• Develop compelling content to communicate value proposition for opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and SMEs to build relationships.
• Improve boilerplate content to address specific opportunities and convey WellDyne’s brand.
• Onboard and train new team members and maintain training plans.
• Manage multiple complex projects with strict deadlines.
