Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of proposal management experience within the AEC industry preferred.
• Experience leading complex engineering proposals from kickoff through final submission.
• Experience with federal proposal development, including SF330 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, strategy, coordination, production, and delivery of high-quality proposals and related marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with schedules, compliance, and quality control.
• Coordinate content collection from internal teams and partners; edit for clarity and consistency.
• Develop visually compelling layouts and PowerPoint presentations with brand consistency.
• Support interview preparation and production of interview materials.
• Maintain proposal assets and pursue process improvements using AI and automation.
