Qualifikationen

• 1–3 yrs of proposal experience or transferrable skills.
• Strong English writing and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.

Aufgaben

• Serve as single point of contact with the client and manage deliverables.
• Develop proposal outline, schedule kickoff calls, ensure RFP compliance.
• Write executive summaries, project descriptions, resumes and standard responses.
• Support design of graphics and manage proposal content libraries.
• Maintain records on proposals, results, lessons learned and debriefs.
• Participate in proposal strategy and reviews.
• Oversee submission management and bid library documentation.
