• Proficient with Creative Cloud Suite including InDesign and MS Office apps.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent writing with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews.
• Collaborate with West transportation marketing, operations, and support staff to drive win strategies.
• Produce print and digital proposal deliverables and past performance materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to support strategy.
• Ensure compliance with RFP instructions and internal brand guidelines.
