Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department with bid management, document organization, deadline tracking, and compliance with formatting and content standards.

The role may report from Heber, Provo, or Draper after a six‑month training period in Heber, with 1–2 days per week in Heber after training. You will coordinate with estimating, business development, and leadership to craft persuasive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with proposal or technical writing experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Microsoft Projects experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estimating with managing bids for projects company-wide.
• Organize and distribute proposal documents and track deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Serve as main contact for proposal inquiries and client communications.
• Develop initial deliverable documents using project templates and boilerplate content.
• Track RFPs and update Salesforce with project status.
