WSB is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to drive the pursuit process from RFPs/RFQs/LOIs to submission and client interviews. The role partners with PMs, BD, and service-area leaders to ensure consistent branding and effective strategy across A/E/C proposals.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of regional marketing proposal experience, strong drafting and design skills with InDesign, and familiarity with AI-assisted content development. This is an onsite role with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience collaborating within a regional marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity.
• Developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted content development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the proposal development process by coordinating with project managers across service areas.
• Edit proposal content and provide strategy and branding input for RFPs, RFQs, and LOIs.
• Collaborate with business development and service area leaders to support sales strategy.
• Participate in go/no-go meetings, capture planning, and positioning activities.
• Maintain CRM entries and account management throughout the pursuit process.
• Provide copy/design editing by proofreading content for voice, grammar, and messaging.
• Set schedules and meet deadlines for each opportunity.
• Track proposal results and participate in debriefs on proposal wins/losses.
