Job summary

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. in Alvarado, Texas, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the estimating team and report to the Proposal Manager.

You will lead the production of mid-size to large competitive proposals from kickoff through delivery. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of proposal coordination experience in A/E/C or heavy civil construction, strong MS Office and InDesign skills, and the ability to manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of proposal coordination/development experience.
• Knowledge of government contracting processes and full proposal life cycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing; advanced InDesign skills.
• Experience building and maintaining SharePoint content libraries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and production for mid-size to large, complex proposals from kickoff through delivery.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, storyboards, and compliance matrices; run kickoff and reviews with Proposal Manager.
• Serve as content library and process authority; define templates and workflows (SharePoint).
• Contribute to win themes and competitive strategy; conduct client research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with estimating leadership, partner firms, and clients on pursuit logistics and submission.
• Mentor Proposal Coordinator staff and review work for compliance and quality.
• Produce proposal graphics and layouts using Adobe InDesign; assist in final production.
