Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department in managing bids across projects. You will organize proposal documents, track deadlines, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Role-based in Heber/Provo/Draper with periodic travel as needed after training period. You’ll draft content, coordinate with estimators and leadership, and maintain a library of boilerplate materials for reuse across bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with demonstrated proposal or technical writing experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction processes desirable but not required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to meet proposal deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize bids for all company projects.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Distribute documents to estimating and leadership with scope and timelines.
• Track bid deliverables and ensure client requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and templates.
• Serve as main contact for proposal inquiries and communications.
• Draft and edit narrative content for proposals with consistency to basis of estimate.
• Maintain boilerplate content and past-project descriptions for reuse.
• Collaborate with estimating, business development and leadership to craft win themes.
