Job summary

Public Consulting Group seeks a proposal coordinator to support pre-RFP through post-award activities, ensuring timely, high-quality responses. You will coordinate internal flows, track responses, and produce final proposals with strong attention to detail.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, with 1+ year in communications-related work and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Adobe tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.
• Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.
• Tracks all proposal responses.
• Directs the production of final proposals.
• Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center’s database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.
• Extreme attention to detail.
