Job summary

JLL in Chicago, IL is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support Project Management, Commissioning, Energy and Sustainability pursuits across the US.

You will research opportunities, respond to RFPs/RFQs, collaborate with SMEs and marketing, and create compelling content and interview presentations. The role requires 2+ years in a related field, strong writing/editing, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Research business opportunities and monitor online tendering sites.
• Support analysis, strategy, and response to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, MSAs, and VORs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and marketing specialists to develop submission content.
• Thoughtfully curate technical responses that resonate with clients' business needs.
• Apply strong visual communication techniques in proposals and presentations.
• Create dynamic and engaging interview presentations.
• Support dry run presentation preparation sessions with the pursuit team.
• Maintain the content library of resumes, case studies, brochures, templates, and presentations.
• Provide ongoing support to two Proposal Leads, updating resumes and building templates.
