Spectrum is seeking an Indirect Account Manager MDU in Las Vegas to drive strategic marketing programs for multi-dwelling units across assigned properties. You will visit sites, collaborate with property staff, and ensure adoption of Spectrum services while maintaining strong client relationships.

This field-based role requires 3+ years in client service, solid communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in client service and relationship building in cable, real estate, or property management.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with cable industry operations and marketing functions.

Mansioni

• Implement marketing initiatives across properties with onsite collateral and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts including property websites and resident journeys.
• Partner with property teams to drive upgrades and contract changes.
• Collaborate with sales to renew or convert agreements and resolve issues.
• Serve as primary account owner and liaison for client requests across accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively follow up on leads.
