Spectrum is seeking an Indirect Account Manager MDU in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with property owners, driving marketing initiatives, and coordinating with property teams to promote Spectrum services across multiple portfolios.

The role requires field-based responsibilities with travel within the territory and a background in client service or marketing within the cable or real estate sectors.

Competenze

• 3+ years in client service and relationship building within cable industries or real estate contexts.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with operations, marketing or other aspects of the cable industry.

Mansioni

• Own and grow strategic accounts, serving as day-to-day liaison for client requests.
• Implement marketing initiatives across properties with onsite collateral and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts to promote Spectrum Internet as a property amenity.
• Collaborate with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns and secure upgrades.
• Partner with sales to transition upgrades and renew agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and keep clients informed of Spectrum offerings.
