Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the management of a property (or group of properties) for clients and ensure adherence to the management agreement. The role requires leading property staff, developing budgets, coordinating with leasing and accounting, and ensuring compliance across operations.

The position involves travel between properties, working in a professional office environment, and delivering results aligned with client goals and Cushman & Wakefield

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease administration duties and monitor collections.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff and manage hiring/performance.
• Develop annual inspection processes and conduct regular property inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract all leases in lease administration software and coordinate with accounting.
• Coordinate tenant construction work and communicate with leasing and client teams.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
