Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee property management for client assets. Responsibilities include lease administration, collections, compliance, and staff leadership, with active participation in budget development and vendor contract management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field and 3+ years of real estate property management experience. Travel among properties is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lease administration duties and ensure accuracy in software reporting.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations for properties.
• Provide leadership to property staff including hiring and performance management.
• Develop budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and oversee construction with timely completion.
