Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee a portfolio for clients, ensuring management agreements are fulfilled and service levels are high.

Responsibilities include lease administration, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, budget variance tracking, and vendor contract management. The role requires coordinating with staff, tenants, and clients and may involve travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and directives.
• Provide management and leadership to property staff.
• Develop annual inspection process and conduct regular inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts.
• Abstract all property leases into lease administration software.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting for reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction projects.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; communicate across teams.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
