Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee property portfolios, lead leasing teams, and manage financial and operational performance. The role requires strong lease administration, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities to ensure client objectives are met.

Responsibilities include enforcing PM policies, coordinating tenant and construction activities, and delivering accurate reporting while maintaining excellent client relationships across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors.
• Experience analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lease administration duties and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and oversee asset inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage conformity with vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software and coordinate reporting with accounting.
• Oversee construction work for properties and ensure timely completion.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
