Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to manage a portfolio for clients under management agreements. You will oversee lease administration, collections, vendor contracts, and construction coordination while leading property staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in business, 3+ years in property management, and professional designations such as CPM/RPA/CSM or active licensing. Strong financial and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in progress.
• Real estate license required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage property, client obligations under the management agreement.
• Oversee lease administration and monitor collections.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Coordinate inspections, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee vendor contracts and construction activities on properties.
