Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to manage client properties, oversee lease administration, and lead property staff. You will develop budgets, monitor CAM reconciliations, and coordinate construction work to meet client goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, real estate licensing, and CPM/RPA/CSM in process. Strong finance and operations knowledge plus MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors.
• Experience analyzing and negotiating commercial lease/contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and complete inspections as required.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts.
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work for client properties.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; communicate between leasing and PM teams.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
