Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee property portfolios for clients. You will lead lease administration, monitor collections, and ensure compliance with management agreements while guiding staff and coordinating annual inspections.

Responsibilities include budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and vendor contract management, with a focus on accurate reporting and client satisfaction. A real estate license and 3+ years of property management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process preferred.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team, including employees and vendors.
• Experience negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Provide leadership to property staff including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and oversee property inspections.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reporting.
• Bid and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with accounting for client reporting and contract compliance.
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work for timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and clients.
