Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager (CRE) to lead the Property Management team and oversee a significant portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison with owners and third-party partners, driving performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in real estate management. Travel between properties is expected as part of this position in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation and real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise responsibility for property management operations.
• Lead policy development and information flow for property management strategy.
• Provide leadership to Property Management staff and mentor subordinates.
• Track budget variances and oversee cash flow and payments.
• Oversee reporting, annual budgets, and owner communications.
• Maintain relations with third-party owners and ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and directives.
• Oversee construction projects and approve related contracts and invoices.
