FirstService Residential in League City, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead maintenance, operations, and owner relations across a community.

You will collaborate with the Board of Directors, developer, and vendors, oversee budgets and contracts, and ensure safety standards while delivering high-level service to residents. Strong supervision and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong managerial background and customer service principles.
• Three to five years of property management experience preferred in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, leases, and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and community documents.
• Analyzes solutions and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Leads relationships with staff, boards, developers and vendors to meet service goals.
• Develops and maintains homeowner relations plans and budgets on time.
