Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead the association’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Board. You will ensure compliance, oversee staff, and manage budgets while prioritizing homeowners’ needs.

You will build strong partnerships, supervise personnel, and coordinate with external organizations to deliver high-quality community services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; three years' experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction or equivalent.
• Seven years of community management experience;至少 four years with a supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for short- and long-range plans and Board objectives.
• Oversee budget creation and adherence; monitor monthly financials for the association.
• Hire, train and supervise community staff; liaise with emergency services and external agencies.
