FirstService Residential is seeking a property manager to lead and oversee the portfolio, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure community operations align with company objectives. You will manage finances, contracts, and service quality while maintaining strong customer service and timely communication.

The role requires 1–3 years of property management experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience: 1–3 years of property management experience preferred.
• Skills: strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to multi-task.

• Attends Board meetings and provides guidance to the Board.
• Assists with financial management, administration, policies, and procedures.
• Reviews quality of services and communicates with Board on a regular basis.
• Maintains records, contracts, and insurance documentation.
• Prepares budgets for presentation to the Board and manages vendor relationships.
• Ensures safety procedures and a safe work environment.
• Provides five-star customer service by timely responses to calls and messages.
