Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a seasoned property management leader to guide operations, budgeting, and owner relations. You will collaborate with boards, developers, and staff to maintain high service levels and ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, vendor management, and delivering proactive communications to homeowners and the Board. A college degree and strong customer service background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong managerial background and leadership abilities.
• Experience in property management, hotel, or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures, leases, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure property is maintained per company objectives.
• Manage and operate community with association, Board, and developers.
• Develops and maintains homeowner relations plans and budgets.
• Oversees construction projects to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Sets performance standards and communicates professionally with staff, Board, and homeowners.
