Job summary

FirstService Residential in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced property management leader to ensure communities are well maintained and operated in line with company objectives. You will work closely with associations, boards, developers, and support staff to resolve issues and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff leadership, enforcing policies, coordinating construction projects, and maintaining industry relationships to achieve asset goals.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of Property Management/Hotel/Retail experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state regulatory statutes and community policies.
• Analyzes advantages and disadvantages of solutions and reports to the Board of Directors.
• Provides leadership to manage relationships with other groups to ensure high service levels.
• Develops and maintains an effective homeowners relations plan and budget.
• Prepares annual budgets and ensures deadlines and market considerations are met.
• Initiates contact with new homeowners and orients them to management staff and community rules.
• Manages resident relations to ensure timely resolution of concerns and services.
• Oversees construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Establishes industry contacts and network opportunities via trade orgs and vendor groups.
• Runs Board of Directors or annual meetings when needed.
• Prepares management reports and professional presentations of budgets and bids.
