Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be CAM certified and licensed by Florida.
• Strong problem solving, judgment and decision making.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and understand Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to the assigned property and book of business.
• Lead a property team, ensuring standards of excellence for processes and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure service quality and responsiveness to questions.
• Ensure contract obligations between the association and FirstService Residential are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections regularly.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Create and manage portal information including work orders and meeting minutes.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff with proper coverage.
