Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to provide leadership, direction, and supervision to ensure the community is well-maintained and operated per company objectives. You will collaborate with the Association, Board of Directors, and developers to resolve issues and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: College Degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience/Knowledge/Abilities: Strong managerial background; 3–5 years in Property Management; strong customer service skills.
• Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and community documents.
• Sets and maintains budgets, deadlines, and analyses for asset goals.
• Leads relationships with Board, developers, builders, and residents.
• Oversees property improvements and construction projects within budget and on time.
• Organizes meetings, prepares reports, and presents to the Board and ownership.
