Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager’s supervision. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk compliance on-site.

Key duties include budgeting, resident relations, marketing plans, and ensuring safety and fair housing compliance while achieving NOI goals and high resident satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• On-site staff supervision and leadership experience.
• Experience with leasing, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response and ensure compliance with company policies.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing industry experience

CAM/ARM certification preferred

On-site software proficiency

Fair Housing Laws & OSHA knowledge
