Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision. You will supervise staff in leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop annual operating budgets, monitor finances, and lead marketing plans to optimize occupancy and revenue. This role requires scheduling, staff development, and on-call emergency leadership to maintain

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Plan yearly marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.
• Head the emergency team for the property and ensure timely response to emergencies.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or four years of housing industry experience
