Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management on-site.

You will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive responsible cost control, revenue, and leasing improvements while maintaining resident satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry, or equivalent combination.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and use on-site software; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager guidance.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response planning and ensure compliance with company policies.
