Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop annual operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and lead on-site training and performance management to maintain high standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Oversee all operations of a housing community including leasing, admin, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Lead on-site staff through training, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies.
• Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective and reporting systems are accurate.
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Head emergency team for the property; ensure proper response to emergencies.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure timely repairs and inspections.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor
