The role partners with Americas leadership to advance customer experience, operational excellence, process harmonization, and digital transformation across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

The position is located onsite/hybrid at a designated Johnson & Johnson location, working with senior leaders in a complex matrix

• Translate strategy into an integrated operating agenda, priorities, goals, and execution plans.
• Drive the leadership operating rhythm with agenda planning, reviews, and decision forums.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, and decision materials.
• Connect work across countries and functions to align regional and global stakeholders.
• Provide objective decision support through option analysis and data synthesis.
• Anticipate issues, facilitate escalation, and maintain focus on high-value priorities.
