Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Director of Professional Relations and Operations to lead Global HCP engagement lifecycle, governance, and systems strategy across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM. You will drive contracts, invoicing, and value reporting while ensuring compliance and regional enablement.

The role demands strategic leadership, execution excellence, and experience in managing complex, multi-region programs with a focus on standardized processes and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in professional relations, HCP engagement operations, or related roles in MedTech or regulated industry.
• Proven leadership of global, multi-region programs and standardization across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM.
• Strong ownership of enterprise platforms (event management, CRM, CLM, registration) and experience with global rollouts.
• Demonstrated success running complex workflows spanning contracting, invoicing/payment, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define global strategy, operating model, and governance for HCP engagements across four regions; own roadmap, budget, and metrics.
• Lead NA end-to-end HCP engagement workflow: needs assessment, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, reporting.
• Oversee Educational Grants and Charitable Contributions workflow across NA with regulatory compliance.
• Lead global systems portfolio strategy (HCP systems, portals, data lakes) and ensure analytics and dashboards.
• Standardize processes and templates; enable regional localization and scalability.
• Define Day-1 requirements for Orthopedics separation and lead transition to DePuy Synthes.
• Oversee centralized and regional service delivery, contracting, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with sun-shine- reporting, anti-bribery, and data privacy.
